Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating a Reverly account, you agree to these Terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

Reverly is a software-as-a-service product that connects to third-party workforce systems (currently Deputy) and produces labour-cost analytics, AI insights and operator dashboards.

We may add, remove, or change features. Material reductions to paid features will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@reverly.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Reverly to break the law, infringe rights, harass workers, or reverse-engineer the service. Don't share account credentials across organisations — each café group requires its own subscription.

5. Your data

You retain all rights in the data you bring into Reverly. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. AI features

Reverly uses large language models to generate summaries, recommendations and weekly plans. These outputs are informational and should be sanity-checked by you before acting on them. We are not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on AI output.

7. Fees and billing

Pricing is published at reverly.app/pricing. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the current billing period.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement on 30 days' notice. We may suspend access immediately for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination we will delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

9. Warranties and liability

Reverly is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
