What counts as one café?
One physical location with its own Deputy operating unit. We meter on locations, not on staff or transactions.
Do I need Deputy?
Yes - Reverly plugs into Deputy via OAuth and reads roster, timesheets, journals and news acknowledgements. Lightspeed (or any POS exporting daily totals CSV) is supported for sales. Other integrations on the roadmap.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays yours. We provide a one-click export of every metric we calculate, plus the raw Deputy pulls. We delete from our side within 30 days of cancellation.
Can I try the AI features on Starter?
The free trial gives full Growth access for 14 days. After trial, if you stay on Starter, AI features are disabled but all the analytics, scores, and dashboards remain.
How do you calculate labour saved?
We compare actual rostered hours vs the target 32-35% band against same-weekday sales. The 'saved' figure is the average gap our recommendations close, calculated weekly per café.
