Open the avatar menu and click 'Learn & help'. Every metric explained in plain English, the 5-minute morning ritual, mobile install steps and a first-30-days ramp. Built for non-technical operators.

Ask Reverly — global ⌘K chat

Hit ⌘K from anywhere to open a chat panel that knows your Deputy data. Ask 'how did labour land this week?', 'who should I coach?' or 'any anomalies?' and get answers grounded in your numbers.

We renamed: Reverly is now Reverly

New name, new mark — an amber reverly disc with a darker espresso accent off-centre, like the perfect pour viewed from above. Two shapes, two tones, one idea. The wordmark tightens to "Reverly" in Italian-coded sans. Same product, sharper identity.

PWA installable on iPhone and Android

reverly.app/m now installs as a real app via Add to Home Screen — full-screen, with the new mark as the app icon and pull-to-refresh built in.

Privacy and Terms of Service

Published our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. NZ Privacy Act 2020 compliant, with all sub-processors disclosed (Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Resend).

Branded error and 404 pages, skeleton loaders everywhere

No more Next.js default error screens. Every page now has a branded fallback and a streaming skeleton so the dashboard never flashes blank.

When predicted labour drifts above 35%, Reverly surfaces 'send X home at Y time' suggestions in real time. Skips your hardest workers (gold tier, 85+ lifetime score) automatically.

Lifetime score for every employee

Each staff member now has an all-time score built from punctuality, reliability and overtime control. Use it in 1:1s, performance reviews and retention decisions.

Weekly coaching ratings replace free-text journals

Five-dimension rating per employee per week — speed, listening, manager relation, customer service, initiative — plus a vibe tag (thriving / steady / struggling). Structured data beats free text.

Multi-tenant onboarding

Strangers can now sign up, name their café group and connect Deputy in under three minutes. Full RLS-isolated multi-tenancy.
